How to use

Always start with a freshly sharpened eyeliner pencil. Apply in short strokes as close to the lash line as possible, starting at the inside of the eye and moving outward. If desired, use the smudge tip to blend the liner into the lash line to create a natural smoky effect.

For a softer look, apply liner to the back of your hand. Pick up with smudge tip and apply to lash line.
